What are the shipping options and costs? We offer convenient shipping to all US states:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — FREE (for qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Product & Quality
Are your leather products real/genuine leather? Yes. We use high-quality genuine leather (cowhide or sheepskin depending on the product). Each item is crafted for durability, comfort, and a beautiful natural patina that improves with age.
How do I care for my leather items? We recommend storing leather away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use a leather conditioner periodically to keep it supple. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
How do I choose the right size? Please refer to the detailed size chart on each product page (especially for jackets, belts, and shoes). If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for leather jackets.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please contact us at support@baruscoltd.com before returning. Personalized or final-sale items are non-returnable.
How do I cancel or modify my order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change orders only if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods via Shopify.
